ePayroll is improving

ePayroll is turning a year old and with that, DAS will soon release an update to the ePayroll system that features improved navigation. The biggest change you will see is a new landing page where you will click on the task you wish to accomplish.

  • For agencies who use ePayroll only for electronic paystubs, the choice on the landing page will be View My Paystub.
  • For agencies who use ePayroll’s time capture function, the choices on the landing page will be Enter My Time; Approve Time (for supervisors); or View My Paystubs.

Additional new features for agencies using the time capture function will include the ability for temporary employees to record their time electronically and new labor cost reports for supervisors which can be accessed in real time. As an added bonus, agency payroll offices will be able to post reminders and announcements that only their employees will see.

If you have questions please contact your agency payroll office.
